So the operator has to stop production and clean the die spinneret holes well.
Recently, some customers are wonder why do the spinneret holes are blocked after vacuum calcination, even using same PP material, and production parameter?
First of all, the spinneret holes will inevitably cause burrs, which are not smooth with a long period production. Regular cleaning and polishing are required to remove the burrs in the small holes of the spinneret and increase the inner wall finish. Secondly, the customer starts production with only carried out the vacuum calcination, and ignored the cleaning steps after calcination. However, if the customers take incomplete calcination process, there will leave carbon deposits on the micropore wall. It will lead to a series of problems, like plugging holes, and uneven microfiber etc..
Therefore, before assembling spinneret, you must follow below cleaning process. It's a good way to avoid wasting of time and raw material.
The spinneret' s cleaning steps after vacuum calcination process:
1. Ultrasonic cleaning: the spinneret' s flow channel groove is placed face down and aim at these [ultrasound initiation points] at the bottom of the washing machine.
2. For the spinner front side, taking the high pressure water gun [1.5-2MPa] to clean micro holes through vertical direction, it needs more than three times.
Note: When flushing vertically, it is necessary to ensure that the high-pressure water gun flushes the micro-holes at close distance, and wash each hole with 2-3seconds. Please, wearing rain coat and rain boots to protect you.
3. For back side, using this water gun to clean channel groove by angle, it needs wash three times.
4. Washing the channel groove and micro holes with this water gun, it needs over three times.
5. The front and back surfaces of the spinneret are repeatedly cleaned to ensure there is no scum and then dried with an air gun
6. Pierce each hole several times with the acupuncture silver needle of 0.25mm
7. For the spinner front side, taking the high pressure water gun [1.5-2MPa] to clean micro holes through vertical direction, it needs more than three times.
8. For back side, using this water gun to clean channel groove by angle, it needs wash three times.
9. Washing the channel groove and micro holes with this water gun , it needs over three times.
10. The front and back surfaces of the spinneret are repeatedly cleaned to ensure there is no scum and then dried with an air gun
